Hello and welcome to the home of Breakthrough Breast Cancer in Cheshire.  Our group raises funds to support the major breakthroughs in the search for a cure for breast cancer.  Our group meets every six weeks or so to arrange our fundraising activities.  We also provide information to women to help them to detect any early signs and symptoms of the disease, we are well aware that early detection saves lives and we make it our business to let you know how to be breast aware.  You may well see our TLC stands around Cheshire, we can sometimes be found in supermarkets, leisure centres and town centres.

We raise funds in many innovative ways, through special events, supermarket collections, raffles, sponsored walks and great nights out.  We need your support so that Breakthrough can keep up its ground breaking research into beating breast cancer.  For more details of our events you can join our mailing list or find us on Facebook.

Julie Roberts new book, Don’t Cancel My Newspapers Yet! is a practical, realistic, amusing and yet inspiring book about the practicalities of living with terminal cancer from a personal perspective.

This book is written for not just people who are currently living with a terminal disease but for anyone who takes life seriously enough to be positive and realistic that it wont last for ever.
